How long is recorded footage available to be viewed on Trackd FTV?
Footage is available to view on Trackd FTV for up to 12 months. However, footage can easily be downloaded and stored externally if required.
Is the truck's camera always recording?
There are various ways that our AI Dash Cam can be configured depending on your requirements. For example, it can be configured to continually record or live stream, or it can be configured to only record footage when events or alerts are triggered, it all comes down to your specific business requirements and policies.
