Reflecting on a Remarkable Year at Fleetware

As 2025 draws to a close, Fleetware has taken the opportunity to reflect on a year defined by growth, innovation and strong partnerships with customers across Australia and beyond. In a recent end-of-year interview, General Manager Matt Cusworth sat down with Fleetware’s Business Development Manager, Brendan Fowler, to discuss the milestones that shaped the year and what lies ahead in 2026.

For Brendan, the year has flown by. Like many across the business, he noted how quickly time seems to move when momentum is strong. More importantly, 2025 reinforced just how fortunate Fleetware is to work alongside customers who continue to place their trust in the business. That trust has translated into sustained growth, expanding reach and another year of key objectives being ticked off.

Sustained Growth Through People and Partnerships

One of the most visible changes across the organisation has been people. As Fleetware continues to support a growing customer base, investment in service and support has been critical. Over the past 12 months, the business has seen approximately 30 per cent year-on-year growth in employee numbers.

This expansion ensures Fleetware can continue delivering the high standard of service it is known for, while also welcoming new skills and experience into the team. Strengthening internal capability has been a key enabler in keeping pace with customer needs while maintaining the personalised, consultative approach Fleetware prides itself on.

Expanding Into New Industries

Alongside internal growth, 2025 marked an important step forward in the industries Fleetware serves. The business has begun working directly with mining companies for the first time, delivering positive early results and opening the door to new opportunities. This expansion reflects Fleetware’s ability to adapt its technology and expertise to complex, high-risk environments – reinforcing its position as a trusted partner across transport, logistics and industrial sectors.

Solving Real-World Challenges Through Innovation

Innovation has remained central to Fleetware’s approach. Through its consultative model, the team consistently looks beyond off-the-shelf solutions to address real operational challenges faced by customers.

One standout achievement in 2025 was the development of a bespoke pedestrian detection camera system for a key client. When no existing solution met the customer’s requirements, Fleetware designed and integrated both the hardware and software from the ground up, delivering a solution that simply did not exist in the market at the time.

The pedestrian detection solution is designed for environments where machinery and people operate side by side. Applications include forklifts, reach stackers and other material-handling equipment commonly found in warehouses, yards, hardstands and transport depots. By providing real-time alerts to operators and pedestrians, as well as cloud-based visibility for operations and safety teams, the system supports better training, improved behaviours and ultimately safer worksites.

Introducing TyreHero: A New Era in Tyre Monitoring

While these achievements marked significant progress, the most anticipated development is still to come. Looking ahead to 2026, Fleetware is preparing for the full launch of TyreHero, its tyre pressure and temperature monitoring solution.

Following a successful soft launch, TyreHero is set to redefine how transport and logistics businesses manage tyres not just in Australia, but globally. Designed to address gaps that existing systems have failed to solve, TyreHero represents a world-first approach to tyre management.

TyreHero goes beyond basic tyre inflation checks. By helping to prevent roadside breakdowns, tyre and trailer fires, and unplanned downtime, the solution delivers tangible safety and productivity benefits. For high-productivity assets such as quad road-trains, losing a single trailer can mean a 25 per cent reduction in revenue-generating capacity. TyreHero helps keep vehicles moving, protecting output, efficiency and profitability.

Looking Ahead to 2026 and Beyond

Interest in TyreHero is already building internationally, with enquiries from Japan, the United States and Europe. As Fleetware moves into 2026, this global-ready solution represents a defining step forward for the business.

With another successful year behind us, the Fleetware team has taken a well-earned break over the Christmas and New Year period before returning refreshed for what promises to be an exciting year ahead. For Fleetware, 2025 has laid strong foundations, and with TyreHero leading the charge, the future is firmly focused on innovation, safety and impact.
